FAQ
How many kids can participate?
Due to the size of the set, only 6 kids per time spot. In families with two or fewer adults, the set can hold 5 participants with the adults in the back row.
Do I have to pay in advance?
Yes, payment is due at the time of booking. This payment ensures that your time spot will be held and no other client can have your spot.
How should we dress?
Participants in the past have chosen to wear holiday PJs or formal holiday attire. The choice is really yours! Just be sure that it's comfortable!
When will I receive my gallery?
Your images will be finished within 3 days of your session and will be delivered on or by Tuesday December the 5th by email in an online gallery, ready to download.
Is the session wheelchair and/or handicap accessible?
Those with physical limitations who have difficulty with stairs, use a walker, or have a difficult time walking should message before booking.
The studio does not have wheelchair accessibility at this time, but there is a plan for future sessions to have access for wheelchair-bound participants.
